Holi Event Participation Agreement:
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you ("Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Photography and Media Consent: Participant understands that they may be photographed or recorded during the event. Participant hereby grants the event organizers and other participants the right to use such photographs and recordings in any and all media, including social media and news outlets, without any further consent or compensation.

Acknowledgment of Risks: Participant acknowledges that Holi is an active event that involves physical activity and interaction with others, which may result in tripping, minor injuries, or other accidents. Participant assumes all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to those mentioned above.

Color Materials Disclaimer: While the event organizers plan to use organic colors, we cannot guarantee their composition entirely. There is a possibility that some participants may have allergic reactions or discomfort due to the colors, including but not limited to eye discomfort or irritation. Participant assumes all risks associated with the use of such colors and releases the event organizers from any liability related to such issues.

Weather Conditions: The event will occur rain or shine, except in cases of severe weather conditions that pose a danger to participants and staff. In such cases, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel with or without a refund or reschedule the event. Information on refunds or rescheduled dates will be provided accordingly.

Limitation of Liability: Participants agree that the event organizers, sponsors, and other parties involved in the event will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising out of or connected in any way to the participant's involvement in the event.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is held. Any claims or disputes must be resolved in a court within that jurisdiction, or through an agreed-upon mediation process.
